Save Recipe: Honey and Lime Seared Salmon served over Stir Fry Vegetables with a Ginger and Soy Dipping Sauce

ImageSalmon is a wonderful fish that can be crafted into many different variations.  The Manor on Golden Pond (Holderness, NH) presents an Asian variation in "Honey and Lime Seared Salmon served over Stir Fry Vegetables with a Ginger and Soy Dipping Sauce".  The dish combines Asian infused flavors with salmon and vegetables to create a luxurious and appetizing main entrée befitting the setting of the infamous Golden Pond.  

Honey and Lime Seared Salmon served over Stir Fry Vegetables with a Ginger and Soy Dipping Sauce

  • 1 6 oz. Salmon Filet
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Fish Sauce
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 TBS Sesame Oil
  • 1 c. Bok Choy
  • ¼ c. Red Cabbage
  • 1/8 c. Red Pepper, sliced
  • 1/8 c. Yellow Pepper sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienne
  • 1TBS Bean Sprouts
  • 1/8 c. Sliced Leek
  • 1 TBS Soy Dipping Sauce
1. Mix Honey, Fish Sauce, and Lime, marinate Salmon for 1 hour
2. Sear Salmon on medium high heat for 2 minutes, turn over and sauté for 3 minutes  
3. In separate Sauté pan Place sesame oil, Bok Choy, Peppers, and Carrot and Bean Sprouts
3. Sauté for 2 minutes, add Soy Dipping Sauce, toss
4. Place sliced Leeks in Deep Fryer for 30 seconds or until Golden Brown
5. Place Stir Fry vegetables on center of plate, top with Salmon and garnish with Fried Leeks, serve

Soy Dipping Sauce
  • 1 c. Soy Sauce
  • ½ c. Sherry
  • ½ c. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 TBS Ginger, minced
  • 1 TBS Garlic, minced
  • 1 TBS Honey
  • 1 TBS Cilantro, chopped
Mix all ingredients and serve
