Banana Chocolate Chip Nut Bread- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 cup pureed banana
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Bake 50 - 60 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased and floured loaf pan.
