While Bed & Breakfasts may be best known for their wonderful breakfasts they are also known for providing interesting, and often unusual, mid-afternoon or early evening temptations. One such example is the Lodge at Sedona's (Sedona, Arizona) recipe for Blue Cheese Grapes. This hearty appetizer combines blue cheese, cream cheese, walnuts, heavy cream and red grapes! Yup - red grapes. The resulting appetizer can be sculpted into various shapes and served along with crackers for guests to dip into the sculptures.
Lodge at Sedona Blue Cheese Grapes Total preparation time: 25 minutes Serves: 14
- 3 oz Bleu Cheese
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Toasted Chopped Walnuts
