This is a no knead bread which makes it easy to produce. However it also takes at least an entire day to create because of the amount of time necessary to let it sit. The final products taste is similar to a mild sourdough and has a nice consistency. I might make this again but it seems like a recipe better suited for someone who works and needs to be able to leave the dough to work on its own. I enjoy a good session of kneading.
