My brother in law is a fisherman on a scallop boat and during scallop season he generously shares his bounty with the family. Needless to say, as a result I'm always in search of something new to do with scallops. You don't get much better than this quick and easy recipe. I always try and keep chorizo in the house and the spicy flavor is a nice match with the sweet flavor of fresh seas scallops.
