Made this for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it. Moist and flavorful and super easy to whip up. I glazed it with a chocolate glaze that was part of a Bon Appetit December 2009 recipe for chocolate cake with a citrus compote. I tend to like my gingerbread with a little more zip so I will probably increase the spices by 1/4 tsp. Otherwise, perfect.
