Made this with a single rack and a mix of Morel and Shitake mushrooms. Since it was only a single rack, the rub went on nice and thick and became a crust on the rack. I'd cut the salt at least in half, maybe even a 1/4 next time, other than that it was great! The sauce didn't get very thick in the time mentioned in the recipe, so plan on at least another 1/2 an hour to reduce.
