Recipe has a mistake. The water is not listed in ingredients and I overlooked it in the making of the cupcakes....

I absolutely love sweet potatoes. They are a constant in my household during the Fall and Winter months and this recipe really showcases this staple well. I made a batch minus any frosting and ate one every morning with a cup of hot tea until they were gone, or should I say until my husband started eating them. Just thinking about it makes me want to start a fresh batch right now. This recipe calls for canned, but I used fresh. I took 3 large ones, baked, peeled, and mashed. It came out to roughly 2 cups. You must try them, you won't be sorry!
