Absolutely amazing dish. The flavors combine into a melt in your mouth taste that you'll keep craving even if lamb isn't one of your favorite meats. We've made this twice now and loved it even more the second time. Plus ground lamb is cheap so this is a budget friendly dish. I can't wait to try more dishes from this book.
