This dish is amazing! Using fresh sweet corn and vine ripe tomatoes this "sauce" will be wonderfully sweet. The pancetta adds a great flavor to the dish. I used frozen raviolis with a spinach cheese filling but Tortellini or any kind of raviolis would go wonderfully.
