Over the weekend, a good friend of mine had a housewarming party and wanted to have a signature cocktail to accompany all of the wine we were having. I suggested this one. The slightly tart and slight sweet taste of pink grapefruit paired well with the more subtle and flowery flavor of the Lychees. Something light and refreshing to try for the holidays.
