Quick, easy and company worthy. I used tricolour rotini. I did use the tequila-Cuervo Gold. Add a grilled chicken breast or a milanesa (cross sliced), salad and crusty french bread and guests will be very happy. I served it with a slightly chilled Klinkerbrick Old Vine Zin. My husband ate 3 helpings and begged for mercy. :-)
