This week we are giving away two copies of Jonathan Waxman's cookbook "A Great American Cook". Jonathan Waxman is a great chef with an equally great cookbook. To enter the contest all you need to do is join Project Foodie, discuss recipes, share your food knowledge or spread the word about Project Foodie and you'll be entered for a chance to win. The more you do, the more entries you'll get and the greater chance you'll get to win "A Great American Cook: Recipes from the Home Kitchen of One of Our Most Influential Chefs". The RulesThis week's drawing goes from Wednesday October 17, 2007 through 10pm pacific standard time Tuesday October 23, 2007. We'll randomly pick two winners from all entries. To see if you won, check back on Project Foodie on Wednesday October 24,2007 when we'll announce the winners! You'll be automatically entered into the contest by doing any of the following things:
Become a user - If you are not already a Project Foodie user then register now and be entered into this week's drawing.
Discuss recipes - Add a comment to recently cooked recipes describing what you liked, didn't like or would change in the recipe. For each recipe comment you add you'll get an entry in this week's drawing.
Share your knowledge - Add a definition for a Language of the Kitchen term to the Project Foodie Interactive Glossary. For each glossary entry you add you'll get an entry into this week's drawing.
Spread the word - Tell your friends about Project Foodie. For each fellow foodie you get to register on Project Foodie you'll get an entry into the weekly drawing. Simply tell your fellow foodies about Project Foodie and when they register have them put your email address down as the referring foodie. The fine print… Winners must provide Project Foodie with a shipping address within the continental United States to receive their cookbook.
Recipe comments and glossary entries must be legitimate food-related entries to qualify.
