I have to say that I haven't met a dip that I didn't like but living at the Jersey Shore makes me a real seafood nut so this is is especially great. In fact, this dip is so good that it does not last long in my house...say two hours tops! I usually serve this with pita chips or even triscuits. For a slightly healthier twist replace the crumbled bacon with toasted breadcrumbs.
