I just finished reading the September Gourmet. This is the issue with the Latin American emphasis. I've cooked many ethnic foods before, but many of the dishes and ingredients highlighted in this issue where new to me.
Has anyone tried some of the recipes yet? Luckily there's pictures of some of the ingredients in the back, so I know what to look for at the Mexican markets around here.
I'll have to go track a bunch of them to go back to on some long weekend of cooking....
