Karen Baxter is a professionally trained chef and graduate of the California Culinary Academy with over 35 years in the kitchen. She is also a former event planner, director of catering for 5 bay area restaurants, and owner of her own successful catering company.
Today she spends a lot of time with her two young grandsons. Kitchen fun is always on the "A" list when they get together.
Karen keeps her skills sharp and up to date by doing cooking demonstrations, recipe development and entertaining family and friends.
